A purely Bercian cocktail, «Elefante Forzudo» by Paco Patón

Globality, ginger and orange that once came from Asia, vermouth from the Greek Hippocrates, all with Spanish passion and taste, to create a champion.

 

Quantity: 1 serving

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:
20 ml Red Forzudo Vermouth
40 ml Elephant Majara Vodka
9 Good Grass Buds
½ Orange in quarters
5 g ginger
3 Teaspoons brown sugar
schweppes ginger ale

Elaboration:
We cut the orange into four quarters, two slices of ginger
Add the sugar, the orange and the ginger in a wide glass, mash with force, once majado we take the buds of good Grass (we reserve one, and we mix with smoothness, we put crushed ice we mix, we add the, the Vodka Elephant and the Forzudo Vermouth in the just amounts indicated, we end up with more crushed ice, a mint bud, orange slice, we finish with ginger ale and we mix again, we put straw to enjoy.
