01. The raffle of a liter bottle of Vermouth Forzudo Rojo and a Vermouth Forzudo cap will be organized by:
Forzudo Food & Drinks SL with CIF B24703597.
And it will be developed on the official Instagram profiles: @vermouthforzudo and Facebook.

02. Duration
The sweepstakes for a liter bottle of Vermouth Forzudo Rojo and a Vermouth Forzudo cap will run from March 12, 2021 until 23:59h on March 17, 2021.
If for reasons of force majeure it is necessary to postpone, modify, cancel or repeat the contest, this fact will be notified by the same means as these legal bases.

03. Conditions of participation
This is a free prize draw.
All persons who comply with the following rules will be entitled to participate in the draw for a liter bottle of Vermouth Forzudo Rojo and a Vermouth Forzudo cap:
– Be of legal age.
– Residing in the Iberian Peninsula.
– Be a current follower of the @vermouthforzudo Instagram and Facebook pages.

If the organizing entity considers that the published comment harms the integrity or honor of third parties, institutions or beliefs, it keeps the right to remove it and the person who has made the publication will not be able to participate in the promotion.
Participation in this promotion implies that the information provided by the user is correct and may be used for promotional communications of the brands.

04. Participation Mechanics
The draw for a liter bottle of Vermouth Forzudo Rojo and a Vermouth Forzudo cap will be communicated from March 12, 2021 through the aforementioned Instagram and Facebook accounts. Participation will be on both social networks, with participation being valid on only one or both.
To participate in the promotion it is necessary to:
1. make a comment on any of the official accounts using the hashtag.
#vermouthforzudo.
2. Tag 2 friends.
3. Be a follower of @vermouthforzudo on Instagram or VermouthForzudo on Facebook.
Comments posted after 23:59h on March 17, 2021 will not be part of the promotion and therefore will not be eligible for prizes.
Winners will be informed of their prize via a direct message on Instagram or
Facebook where they will be told how they should proceed to obtain their prize. In case they do not respond within 72 hours, the alternate will be contacted. If the alternate does not respond to the message within 72 hours, the same procedure will be followed.
The draw will result in 1 winner and 4 alternates.
This promotion is Personal and non-transferable to third parties.

05. Prize
The prize consists of a liter bottle of Vermouth Forzudo Rojo and a Vermouth Forzudo cap.
This prize cannot be exchanged for its cash value or any other prize or product.

06. Disassociation from Instagram and Facebook
Instagram and Facebook do not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion, nor are they associated with it. The user dissociates himself/herself completely from Instagram and Facebook, and is aware that he/she is providing his/her information to the Organizing Company and not to the described Social Network. The information provided will only be used to process the contestant’s participation and to communicate the prize in case of winning.

Participants expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Ponferrada (León) for any question, discrepancy, controversy or claim arising from the execution, interpretation or fulfillment of this promotion, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled by law.
